The baking dish is specially designed for the caravan and marine BBQ range. Two sizes fit the Sizzler Deluxe or Galleymate 1100 and the Sizzler Max or Galleymate 1500 respectively. The baking dish is typically used in conjunction with the cooking rack and turns the BBQ into a conventional oven. Both trays are made from a high grade 1 mm thick stainless steel.

The general method for converting the BBQ's into an oven are as follows:
- Remove the Cooking plate.
- Insert the cooking rack
- Place the appropriate baking tray towards the back of the unit
- turn on only the front burner. By leaving the back burner off you avoid heating the tray directly which could burn the bottom of the food inside the tray.
