Complete that custom outdoor area with OLA Grills premium built-in parrilla argentine style charcoal and wood BBQ. Made from the same 100% 304 grade stainless steel as all the OLA grills, this grill will complement your outdoor area with its aesthetic design and construction.

Each unit is hand made from 304 grade stainless steel, before being assembled, tested and then packed for delivery. Each and every unit by OLA Grills undergoes this rigorous build process, ensuring the quality and finish will match that of your outdoor area.

For those who prefer the Aussie tradtional BBQ Rod style cooking surface, the OLA Grills Built-In Parrilla BBQ Topper is designed to integrate seamlessly into outdoor kitchens with firebrick benches. Built larger than trolley versions, it offers a permanent solution with the same quality and engineering OLA Grills is known for.

The V-grates channel fat away from the coals, reducing flare-ups and helping achieve that signature smoky parrilla flavour. Combined with 304 stainless construction and crank-wheel adjustability, this topper is built for both performance and longevity.

Par120TOP parrilla argentine grill showing the 5mm break mechanism

Thick-Gauge, Resilient Build

Break mechanism uses a robust 5 mm thick horizontal setup, greatly reducing slippage and wear over time compared to vertical designs.
The body shell is 1.2–2.0 mm thick, noticeably heavier and more rigid than typical 0.8–1.0 mm thick alternatives in the market.
Rotisserie brackets adjust in height, providing more control over your spit roasting cooking.

Smart Grill Mechanics

A side-mounted wheel crank allows effortless height adjustment of the grill surface—no need to wrestle with cumbersome mechanisms.
V‑shaped grates channel fat directly downward, improving flare‑up control and enhancing flavor.
Optionally add traditional BBQ rods for direct, char‑grilled cooking styles.

🔥 100% 304 Grade Stainless Steel Parrilla Argentinian BBQ - PAR120TOP-VGRATE FAQ

Do the OLA Grills Built-In Parrilla V-grates come with firebrick lining?

No, this topper is designed to sit into outdoor kitchens where the bench itself is firebrick-lined. The grill itself does not include firebricks. These are specially made for custom outdoor areas, open fires, or outdoor fire pits.

What is the benefit of having a horizontal 5 mm break vs a vertical break in parrilla argentine grills?

OLA grill’s horizontal 5 mm break is stronger and less prone to slipping over time, especially with frequent adjustments, than the vertical brakes found on many cheaper models, so your cooking setup stays smooth and reliable as the unit ages.

Why choose V-grates over rods for the OLA Grills Parrilla BBQ's?

V-grates channel fat and juices away from the fire, reducing flare-ups and delivering a distinct smoky flavour profile. They are easier to manage when cooking fattier cuts. In comparison the BBQ Rods are designed to sit parallel to the bench, allowing cooking of sausages, and traditional char grilled BBQ.

Can I swap V-grates for BBQ rods later with the OLA Grills Built in parrilla toppers?

Yes, OLA Grills offers interchangeable cooking surfaces—so you can switch between V-grates and 10 mm rods as needed. Each model has two removable grills so you can completely change over the grill tops from v-grates to bbq rods or mix and match using rods and v-grates at the same time

How easy is it to clean and maintain an OLA Grills Parrilla Argentine BBQ?

Super easy! The solid stainless body and fire bricks simplify surface cleaning and heat tolerance. The Grills themselves are removable as are the fat drip trays allowing easier cleaning and soaking.

We recommend using a soft scourer to remove the grease and fat and then powdered Bar Keepers Friend stainless steel cleaner!

Do OLA Grills offer optional accessories like covers and rotisseries?

All OLA grill models have custom fitted covers and rotisserie kits that fir their height adjustable rotisserie brackets. You can also upgrade the motor to handle 20 kg of weight easily.
