The Herschel Halo Mini provides a compact alternative to the larger Herschel Halo chandelier heater, making it particularly useful for smaller heritage spaces and areas where a full-size heating fixture would be unsuitable.
Its optional decorative finishes allow the heater to be incorporated into traditional interiors without the visual impact of a conventional commercial heating unit.
Halo Mini is a specialist commercial heating system rather than a standard household appliance. Each installation should be specified according to the building, intended heating zones and electrical requirements.
Cleaning and maintenance
The Halo Mini has no fans, filters or moving mechanical parts requiring routine replacement.
Before cleaning or inspection, isolate the electrical supply and allow the heating elements and housing to cool completely.
Periodically inspect the suspension system, electrical connections and surrounding clearances. Cleaning and servicing at height must be performed using safe access equipment and appropriately qualified personnel.
💡 Optional LED Lighting & Decorative Finishes
The Halo Mini is available in four configurations for each heating output.
Standard heater
Includes the Halo Mini infrared heating system without integrated LED lighting or bespoke decorative detailing.
Heater with LED lighting
Adds integrated dimmable LED lighting, allowing the fixture to provide both radiant warmth and illumination.
Heating and lighting requirements should be considered together when planning the electrical installation and control system.
Decorative heater
Provides the standard infrared heating system with a bespoke decorative finish.
Custom colours and decorative details can be selected to complement architectural features, traditional furnishings and existing interior finishes.
Decorative heater with LED lighting
Combines a bespoke decorative finish with integrated dimmable LED lighting.
This configuration is particularly suited to spaces where the heating fixture will form a visible architectural feature.
Choosing a finish
Decorative colours and designs are confirmed as part of the quotation process. They are not limited to a single standard colour.
For heritage buildings, the finish can be selected to complement existing metalwork, lighting fixtures and decorative features.
The optional lighting changes the overall heater dimensions, so the selected configuration must be confirmed before finalising suspension and electrical arrangements.
🏛️ Commercial & Heritage Heating Applications
The Herschel Halo Mini is designed for buildings where conventional heating can be difficult to distribute effectively or where installing large wall-mounted equipment would interfere with the interior.
Churches and places of worship
Halo Mini is particularly suitable for selected seating areas, side aisles, chancels and smaller spaces within larger churches.
Suspended installation allows warmth to be directed towards the congregation while preserving available wall space and architectural sightlines.
Multiple units can be distributed across the building where required.
Heritage and listed buildings
Traditional buildings often have high ceilings, large internal volumes and significant heat loss.
Radiant heating provides an alternative to relying entirely on warming the air throughout the whole building.
The chandelier-style design and optional decorative finish can complement existing architectural details.
Theatres and performance spaces
Halo Mini can provide directed radiant warmth in suitable theatres, halls and performance venues.
Heating zones can be planned around seating areas and other occupied spaces, with scheduling coordinated to event times.
Hotel receptions and entrance halls
Large reception areas and entrance halls can benefit from ceiling-suspended heating that leaves walls and floors unobstructed.
The optional LED lighting and decorative finish allow the heater to function as part of the interior design.
Commercial gathering spaces
Halo Mini can also be considered for suitable community halls, heritage venues and large indoor public spaces where zoned heating is required.
Every installation should account for ceiling height, occupancy, airflow and overall heat loss.
